4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
cornstarch
Sauce:
3/4 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vinegar
Mix all together.
Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Dip Chicken pieces into egg, then roll in cornstarch. In small amount of oil, fry until just browned. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bring sauce to a boil & pour sauce over top. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour, turning chicken pieces over once during baking.

This meal has become one of our family favorites! It's SO easy, and the ingredients are pretty much always on hand! Not to mention it is so good! We can count on having it at least twice a month, if not more!
